One-Pot Meatball Stroganoff for Two Recipe

“You’ll be shocked this flavorful, one-pot meatball stroganoff for two calls for so few ingredients.”

Hello hungry human herd!!! This meal appears to be so simple and easy to prepare that I am going to try it soon.

These on-line recipes are handy and there are a multitude of them. I like the sites that allow commenting. Some of them tell of alterations to the recipe such as this one appearing with this recipe”

“Made this and found it to be very easy and delicious. I did make one adjustment in that I added one quarter of a chopped onion prior to the sliced mushrooms. Gave the dish a deeper flavor profile.
Will be using this recipe often. I think slicing the meatballs in half helped as well. Used half the amount of meatballs yet had the same flavor impact.”

I will consider substituting hamburger for the meatballs. When the seasoning is added meat often becomes texture rather than the main taste of the meal. Meat quality is most important when eating a steak or roast or whatever meat you are eating that is eaten as a stand-alone portion of a meal with the other stuff, such as vegetables, etc. eaten separately from the meat.

Another comment says:

“Just okay.  I have made better tasting stroganoffs.  Needs more sour cream than recipe call for.  Would not make again.”

That should be easy to alter, if needed. Use the amount of sour cream the recipe calls for. Taste the food before serving and add more if you want. You can always add more of anything but removing what has been added is harder or impossible.
